The first Week of the Brand New You

Our Healthy and Yoga Holidays offer you much more than just a yoga holiday…

Come on one of our unique Healthy Option yoga holidays and you’ll leave feeling revitalised, energised and inspired. There’s so much included, and you can do as much or a little as you want – it’s your holiday after all!

Our unique Healthy Options holidays are based in Vassiliki, on the Greek island of Lefkas, and include so many classes & activities; they really are much more than a yoga holiday. Our flexible & free approach means you can do as much or as little as you want. Either way, we guarantee you will leave us feeling fitter, happier & healthier.

Affordable yoga, a refreshingly practical natural cure for hangovers and expert nutritional advice lie at the flexible, sun-kissed heart of the latest health break in Greece.

…And it’s all up to YOU!

The only thing we don’t include in our healthy holidays is food, because we prefer to give you the freedom to eat whatever you like, where and when you want. Our own pool and beach side bars provide a taste of fresh homecooked meals every day, or you can walk five minutes along the beach where there’s an excellent choice of harbour-side tavernas offering a range of traditional Greek dishes.
